We are looking for a Junior Procurement and Supply Chain Consultant to join our team and support the implementation and optimization of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions. This role involves working closely with senior consultants and technical teams to ensure that clients' procurement and supply chain processes are effectively managed and enhanced. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles and a strong desire to improve and innovate.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Support and Issue Resolution:
Provide basic support to end-users of Oracle ERP Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain modules, managing user queries and resolving issues with guidance from senior consultants.
- System Configuration Assistance:
Help configure Oracle ERP Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain modules to align with client requirements, ensuring smooth and efficient system performance.
- Documentation of Processes and Customizations:
Assist in documenting configurations, workflows, and any customizations made to Oracle ERP Cloud, maintaining clear and organized records.
- Supplier and Inventory Data Management:
Support the management of supplier and inventory data, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date within the Oracle ERP Cloud system.
- Training and User Support:
Assist senior consultants in delivering training sessions to users on Oracle ERP Cloud functionality. Help create and distribute training materials to support users in utilizing the system effectively.
- Testing and Quality Assurance:
Participate in testing new configurations and enhancements, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring that system functionalities meet business needs.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams:
Work closely with technical teams to support the implementation of procurement and supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and specifications.
- Project Support and Implementation:
Assist in the implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud modules for procurement and supply chain management, tracking project progress and coordinating tasks as directed.
- Process Optimization Assistance:
Support senior consultants in analyzing and optimizing procurement and supply chain workflows, helping to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain modules
- Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
- Ability to document processes and configurations accurately.
Language Requirements:
- Italian and English are mandatory.
- German, Spanish and French are optional but highly desirable.
